The Liberal Party started its official campaign efforts in earnest with a university professor alienating undecided and soft conservative voters and fence sitters, calling them uneducated.
Not wanting to be outdone by the Liberals, Conservative House Leader Candice Bergen reminded everyone that they hate working people too – pointing to her party laughing in the face of then Federal Infrastructure Minister Amarjeet Sohi when he related his story of being a bus driver.
“When it comes to being stupid, you don’t have to be uneducated. Just look at our drama teacher Prime Minister,” said Bergen, “even people with multiple degrees are dummies!” she proudly exclaimed.
We tried to contact NDP Leader Jagmeet Singh for his take, but he’s been completely absent from public view since Parliament adjourned. His advisors expected that he would continue to be absent from public awareness through the next election.
